Clenvor is a content-focused SEO platform that allows users to create, manage, and publish blogs and articles, including blogs hosted by us.
The Service may include content generation tools, editorial assistance, analytics, and hosting-related features.

2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- all activities performed under your account;
- ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content and Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, publish, or host through the Service ("User Content").
You are solely responsible for your User Content, including its:

- originality;
- compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We do not review, endorse, or guarantee the legality or accuracy of User Content.

- involve spam, mass automation, or abuse;
- involve competitive analysis, benchmarking, or building a competing product;
- involve attempts to abuse the Service, including mass account creation, automated registrations, or attempts to bypass limits, safeguards, or access controls.
We reserve the right to interpret prohibited use at our sole discretion.
5. Hosting, Limits, and Usage
The Service includes hosting, bandwidth, and AI-assisted features subject to plan-specific limits, included usage, or fair use policies.
We may, at our discretion:
- impose technical limits;
- throttle usage;
- restrict, suspend, or modify access to specific features (including AI-assisted features);
if usage is excessive, abusive, automated, or negatively impacts the Service, infrastructure, costs, or other users, even if such usage is described as “unlimited”.
Exceeding included or reasonable usage may result in upgrade requests, temporary restrictions, throttling, or suspension.
Bandwidth and storage usage are calculated using internal measurement methods and may not directly correspond to raw data size or transfer.
Limits, thresholds, and fair use criteria may change over time.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to deliver hosting, storage, and related features.
We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your content is illegal or prohibited;
- required by law or by a third-party provider;
- your usage poses a risk to the Service or infrastructure.
Upon termination, we may delete or disable access to your content.
We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
Fees are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to the Service.
Refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to the Service, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:
- verified technical issues that prevent access to the Service;
- billing errors or duplicate charges;
- incorrect charges.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method.
Clenvor reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

9. Intellectual Property

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding:

- SEO rankings or results;
- traffic or revenue growth.
SEO outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- loss of profits, traffic, data, or goodwill;
- service interruptions;
- content removal or account termination.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
